FlexLabTM X – Check in/out Modules

FlexLabTM X features a range of modules designed to fit the accessioning procedures of every clinical lab, including pneumatic sample transportation.
Input/Output Module (IOX)
The IOX loads, sorts, and unloads up to 1,000 tubes/hour in racks. Its built-in Vision System captures sample IDs and detects tube specifications. The color touchscreen display bar is easily configurable to your workflow, and the module’s “Open Access” option ensures seamless integration of third-party racks.
Rack Input Module (RIMX)
For fast loading of tubes from racks, up to 1,000 tubes/hour. Its built-in Vision System captures sample IDs and detects tube specifications. It features a display panel that allows the operator to check the module’s configuration, making it easy to use.
Bulk Input Module (BIMX)
The BIMX allows for rapid loading of samples delivered in bulk. It features near first-in, first-out (FIFO) processing and Priority Sample Loading for accelerated tube processing. With a throughput of 1,200 tubes/hour, it can also be connected with third-party tube transportation systems.
