California Privacy Notice
This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It explains how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants new privacy rights to Californians, including rights to:

1. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The CCPA requires us to disclose whether we sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information and we never will, so we don’t have an opt out.
2. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION, WHAT DOES INPECO COLLECT AND FROM WHAT SOURCES?
For this Notice, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include information that is aggregated, de-identified or information that cannot be reasonably linked to you.
Under the CCPA, we cannot collect new categories of personal information or use them for materially different purposes without first notifying you.
To provide our Services, we must process some information about you, including the following Personal Information.

We use the Personal Information we have (subject to choices you make and applicable law) to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. Here‘s how.

In order to improve our Services (such as to identify bugs, repair errors, or ensure that services function as intended) or conduct internal research and analysis to improve our technology, we may share the types of personal information listed in Section 2 with our partners, service providers, and related companies.
4.4 Service Providers and Other Notified Purposes
We may share the types of personal information listed in Section 2 with Service Providers, as defined by the CCPA, in order to have them perform services specified by a written contract or with others for a notified purpose permitted by the CCPA (e.g., to respond to law enforcement requests).
In the event that we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or some of our assets, we will share your information with the successor entities or new owners in connection with the transaction in compliance with the CCPA.
5. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CCPA?
Under the CCPA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we’ve collected about you and information about our data practices. You also have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.

- Whether you are a California consumer pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code Sec. 1798.140(g)
Lastly, you have the right to be free from any discrimination for exercising your rights to access or delete your Personal Information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
